Return Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, please let us know. See here for the full return policy.

The flying shuttle is a beater with shuttle boxes at each end. A hammer in the shuttle box, put in motion by a cord and a handle, strikes the shuttle and sends it through the shed without the weaver touching it. Flying shuttles are useful in weaving studios where long yardages are made. Time is saved in weaving wide fabrics where it is difficult to throw and catch the shuttle.

The flying shuttle beater is made to be adapted to any of the following Leclerc looms:
- 45” and 60” counter-balance models such as Mira and Fanny
- 45” and 60” jack looms such as Nilus, Nilus II, Nilart and Colonial
- The new countermarch Nilus II model
- The new Weavebird model
- Any 90”, 100”, or 120” looms

All Flying Shuttle Beater orders come with one Professional Shuttle (6124-9000) and a dozen pirns (6124-7000) included.
