Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers in Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note, processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Most items ship within Canada for 15.95 CAD or to the USA for 23.95 CAD.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us at orders@gathertextiles.com.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or the postal service in your country.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Items such as custom orders, digital downloads, and sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@gathertextiles.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at orders@gathertextiles.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Workshops Policy
Workshops
Our workshops are non-refundable. A great deal of time and preparation goes into our workshops. To create the best experience for our participants we prepare all of our materials ahead of time. Workshops are fully transferable at no extra cost, and we are happy to accommodate a friend or family member to come in your place. Please contact us to make these arrangements. If a workshop is cancelled from low registration or restrictions a full refund will be provided.
