- What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that life happens, however, due to small class sizes and custom materials we are unable to offer refunds on our workshops.
In the event that you are unable to attend, we will gladly accept a replacement participant of your finding for no additional fee.
If you are unable to find a replacement, please contact the studio as we may have a wait list and be able to help you fill the spot. In this case you would be refunded your registration fee less a $30 administration fee.
If no replacement participant can be found, then 40% of your registration fee will be offered as a store credit.
If the workshop requires cancellation due to instructor illness, low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances you will be fully refunded
- Can I bring food and drinks into the studio?
Yes. There is not much in the immediate vicinity for purchase so please come prepared with all of the food and drink you will need for your workshop days.
We ask that you just be mindful of strong scents and do not leave anything spillable near projects or in the store.
- Is there recommended studio attire?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes, including socks. Many participants prefer to weave on floor looms without shoes.
Please refrain from any strong scents.
- If I do not finish my project during the workshop, can I come back another day to finish?
Unfortunately, no. For most workshops the equipment needs to be taken down at the end in order to prepare for the next one.
If you are running behind, the instructor will make every effort to help you finish on time.

- Which countries do you ship to?
At this time we are able to ship orders within Canada as well as to the United States.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
If you selected "in-store pickup" at checkout, your items will be available on our next open business day. Once they are packed and waiting for you at our till you will receive an email as well.
Shipped orders will be sent out with tracking within 4 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
Items that are Special Order or Out of Stock may vary on their delivery times. Refer to the product listing for more details or contact us by email or phone.
- What is your return policy?
We can accept unused and unopened items for return within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for return shipping costs or to bring the item into the store. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your order number or have your receipt. Without an order number/receipt we will only be able to offer an exchange or store credit.
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. If you can send a photo that will be helpful!
