Email! We answer our phone during store hours when we can, but sometimes are busy with workshops or in-person customers. The best way to contact us about an order is to send an email to orders@gathertextiles.com. For other questions about our studio, email info@gathertextiles.com

Our studio is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We offer shipping within North America and beyond (send us an email). You can browse and purchase all of our products online or visit us in person during store hours.

Our store is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1 - 4pm and Sundays 1 - 5pm. Please refer to our contact page for any updates or holiday closures.

Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. You can view the available shipping methods and costs during checkout. Most orders are 15.95 CAD within Canada and 24.95 CAD to the United States.
We have postage pickups from our studio on Tuesday and Thursdays. In most cases, orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days.
If you have ordered an out of stock item, we will be in touch with you via email about your item's ETA.

Right now we are shipping to Canada and the USA. If you are looking to place an order somewhere else, send us an email and we can get you a shipping quote.

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full return policy on the Shipping & Returns page for specific details.

To sign up for an online course, visit our Weave Online page, choose the course that best fits your skill level, and complete your registration. Once enrolled you'll receive all the information you need to join the class.

For in-person classes, we provide all of the materials and tools you need. For online courses, you will need to provide your own equipment and materials. Materials and equipment you need will be listed in the course description.
