Kim McCollum is a visual artist working in textiles. Kim has taught over 1000 new weavers in person and online, specializing in contemporary artistic approaches. Her love of textiles has taken her to India, Morocco, and throughout Canada and the United States to study. Kim has a Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Alberta, is a graduate of Olds College Master Weaver program and is a co-Owner of Gather Textiles.

Jamie is a handweaver and weaving instructor who only feels truly relaxed when sitting at a loom. At Gather he is the expert in rigid heddle looms: small, simple looms with lots of potential. Jamie also teaches four shaft weaving and writes content for the Gather blog, troubleshooting series, and online learning. He sells his weaving under the name Booj Wovens, as well as exploring sacred weaving and inter-faith textile projects. Jamie is passionate about welcoming new weavers to the craft and about bringing weaving into community spaces.
