This Bobbin Rack (also referred to as a bobbin stand) can hold forty 4” bobbins (or tubes/spools).
It is built like a frame (21” x 37”) with two removable supports. The pins are fixed to a central post that can be turned out when removing bobbins
A Thread Guide can be attached to one or both sides of the Bobbin Rack. This guide is needed when warping with yarn on tubes, as it prevents the yarn from slipping off the end of the bobbin by always pulling from the center. It comes as a set of two threads guides (one for each side of the rack), each having 40 thread eyes. The thread eyes can be selected to be either eyescrews or pigtail screws.
If you already have a Bobbin Rack, you can purchase the Thread Guide (eyescrew or pigtail) separately. If you are purchasing a new Bobbin Rack, you may purchase the rack alone, or select to have it come with a Thread Guide (eyescrew or pigtail) already installed.
