Hemp 2/8
This 8/2 Hemp (also called 2/8) can be used in the same way our 2/8 Cotton and cottolin yarns are used.
Projects include towels, table runners, yardage for clothing and wraps. Crisp and earthy in texture, Hemp comes in natural and white. This textile hemp weaves and wears similarly to linen. What we like about hemp:
- Absorbent qualities excellent for towels
- Strong enough for warp
- Washes well and stands up to wear and tear
- Sustainable to grow and process
