Juniper Scarf Pattern
We wanted this color block scarf to be simple and cozy, featuring the warmth in the Ravine yarn hues. This plain weave scarf is smooth and quick to weave, with only one shuttle required and minimal color changes. Subtle vertical ribs add a touch of added interest.
The Juniper Scarf pattern was designed using Ravine yarn (50% Alpaca 50% Merino Wool). Ravine is a luxuriously soft alpaca-merino wool line designed in our studio specifically for weavers. The softest of Alpaca from the Peruvian highlands is custom blended with a non-super wash merino wool.
Pattern Details
- Difficulty: Beginner
- Loom: Rigid heddle or two shaft loom, weaving width 12.2" or wider
- Reed/Heddle: You’ll need a reed/heddle at least 12.1” wide, 8 ends per inch
