Weave Your Holiday Gifts: Tea Towel Blitz! November 28 + 29

Date: This is a two day workshop. Saturday 10-4, Sunday 10-4pm on selected date.

About this Workshop: In this workshop participants will weave in a round-robin, each having the opportunity to weave on four different tea towel warps:

• 1) Mountain Checks (a navy and dark green warp)
• 2) Classic Stripes (red and flax warp)
• 3) Quadrant Tea Towels (Olive and beige warp)
• 4) Sorbet Stripes (Colourful stripes using our new line of 2/8 cotton)

Participants are free to follow the original pattern or go to town in their own variations using our workshop wall full of yarns. Once the tea towel is off the loom, participants will hem the towel using our sewing machines.

You will go home with a stack of tea towels to freshen up your kitchen or give as holiday gifts!

Workshop Materials & Equipment: All Materials are included for this workshop.

• Detailed handout with workshop information
• Cotton yarns in a variety of colours 
• The use of our 4 shaft looms

Experience: Participants should have attended a class in the past (with us or elsewhere) to register for this workshop. This is not a challenging workshop but we want to make sure it is not your first time at a loom. If it is, start with a single tea towel workshop :)
