Inspired by tubs of sorbet on a hot day, these tea towels are a fun pop of color to add to the kitchen. This subdued pastel palette pairs refreshing minty greens with warm peach, blush, and a pop of yellow. The natural backdrop allows these hues to shine. This pattern makes 4 unique tea towels including a boucle weft tea towel!

Thank you so much for your “Learning to Weave on a Four Shaft Loom” on-line course! You are a wonderful teacher, and the videos presented the subject so well! I’ve never done any weaving before, and your course made a daunting subject straightforward. I’m sure I’ll be going back to it when I start my next project to refresh on details.

Learn to Weave on a Four Shaft Loom
I recently made a scarf and watched the video on hemstitching while I was hemstitching the scarf. I have watched countless YouTube videos on hemstitching and also have referenced so many books and for some reason could never be consistent in my method. Your video was so clear and so easy to follow. It is the nicest hemstitching I have ever done!

Learn to Weave on a Four Shaft Loom
The video course that Gather Textiles has takes you through all the steps from using a warping board, chaining the warp and then tying on your warp to the loom. Info on how to read a pattern, weave it and then finishing your weaving project. I took the class in person and received this course to refer to. It’s been wonderful resource.

We absolutely love these bobbin winders. They make short work of winding bobbins while adding a beautiful touch to any weaving studio.
Leclerc boat shuttles are a staple tools for many weavers. They have closed bottoms, giving them heft for long throws. The blunted nose helps avoid skips.
These warping boards are sturdily constructed and can be taken apart for easy storage. They can be used flat on a table, or hung on a wall.
This brass hook is a weaver's favourite. The Harrisville threading/sley hook has a sleek 2 in 1 design, allowing a smooth transition from threading your heddles to sleying the reed. It is lightweight, 100% brass, and fits easily in the hand.
Maurice Brassard yarn has been tested by weavers for over 30 years and is made specifically for weaving projects.
A collection of traditional eighteenth and nineteenth century weaving drafts, written sequences of the threading order on the loom used to create specific patterns. They are presented here in their original form as gathered by Frances L. Goodrich and illustrated in over 160 color photos. This volume also contains over 200 valuable modern translations of the same drafts for use by today's weavers.
Brown Book of Weaving Drafts by Frances L. Goodrich's is a special order item. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the item to ship.
